1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all direct bookings made through the Boutique Studios Kreuzlingen website and govern the accommodation agreement between the guest and the property owner.

By completing a booking, the guest agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking

A booking becomes binding upon written confirmation.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all obligations arising from the booking, including the conduct of accompanying guests.

3. Rates

The rates published at the time of booking apply.
All rates are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT and the services expressly listed in the booking confirmation.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during the booking process.
The total amount must be paid by the agreed due date.
For bookings made by invoice, payment is due within the payment period stated on the invoice.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 pm
Check-out: by 11:00 am

Guests enjoy a convenient self check-in via the provided access system.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
Guests are advised to arrange suitable travel cancellation insurance.

7. Use of the Property

The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.
Visitors, parties, events and commercial activities are not permitted without prior written approval.
Guests agree to comply with the House Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings and equipment with care.
Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.
Guests are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the property owner shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings.

10. Force Majeure

If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the owner's control, the applicable legal provisions shall apply.
Further claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of handling bookings and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

12. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am

  • Visitors only with prior approval

  • Pets only by prior arrangement

  • Please treat the property and its furnishings with care.

  • Any damage must be reported immediately.

  • Before departure, please close all windows and switch off lights and electrical appliances.

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
